1. What we collect
- Contact data you submit through our form: name, email, optional phone number, and the message you write.
- Technical data attached to a submission for security: IP address, country and browser user-agent.
- Analytics data: anonymised usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
2. Why we use it (legal basis)
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To prevent spam and abuse of our form — on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To improve the site via analytics — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
3. Anti-spam processing
To protect against automated abuse, our form uses a hidden "honeypot" field and basic timing checks, and your submission is delivered by our form provider (FormSubmit). We also publish our contact address only in an obfuscated form to reduce automated harvesting.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, acting under our instructions — currently our form-delivery provider (FormSubmit), which forwards your enquiry to our inbox by email. Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and is deleted when no longer necessary. Security metadata used for rate limiting is retained for a short period (up to a few hours) and then expires automatically.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability. You may withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
