Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the sayfocus.me website and any services provided by SayFocus, operated by Coffee Room SIA (registration No. 40103835510), Latvia ("SayFocus", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

SayFocus designs and builds business-process automations and AI systems, and produces and operates media assets. The website presents our services and lets you contact us. Nothing on the website is a binding offer; the specifics of any engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract.

2. Use of the website

3. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation only — it does not create a contract or oblige either party. Any project is governed by a separate agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, price, ownership and support. Illustrative outcomes shown on the site (for example efficiency figures) are examples, not guarantees for your specific case.

4. Ownership of deliverables

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, workflows and systems we build for you are delivered to run on your own accounts and are yours to keep. Third-party tools, platforms and models used within a solution remain governed by their own licences and terms.

5. Third-party services

Our solutions and this site rely on third-party providers (for example n8n, Make, AI model providers, Cloudflare, Telegram, payment and accounting tools). We are not responsible for the availability, changes or actions of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayFocus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's contract.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
