What does typing documents by hand cost you?

How the numbers are calculated

Defaults: 4 minutes per document is typical for a supplier invoice that has to be read, coded and attached; 3% of documents with an error and 15 minutes to trace each one are conservative. Change them to your own figures — the pilot replaces all of them with measured values.

It is an estimate built from your own inputs. The only assumptions we add are a straight-through share for automation and one minute of human review per document that needs it; both are editable. Real numbers come from the pilot.
What does automation cost?
The pilot is a fixed price agreed after the free audit, once we have seen the documents and the systems. That is why the calculator shows the cost of manual work and the hours you get back, not a payback promise.
